In our Child­ren’s World day care we look after and sup­port child­ren from 3 months until kin­der­gar-ten ent­ry accor­ding to an award-win­ning two-stage edu­ca­tio­nal con­cept in Ger­man and Eng­lish. We belie­ve that each child deve­lo­ps at his or her own pace the­r­e­fo­re we crea­te an envi­ron­ment in which we accom­pa­ny child­ren atten­tively and sup­port them in their indi­vi­du­al development.

For our day care at the loca­ti­on Cham, we are loo­king as of now for a/n

Co-edu­ca­tor FaBeK (m/f, com­mu­te 100%)

Your main tasks:

  • Cons­truc­ti­ve and acti­ve coope­ra­ti­on with supe­ri­ors, teammates and the management
  • Imple­men­ta­ti­on of the pedago­gi­cal concept
  • Plan­ning and car­ry­ing out age-appro­pria­te acti­vi­ties accor­ding to the weekly program
  • Co-respon­si­bi­li­ty in the planning/implementation of acclimatization’s, excursions/forest days
  • Proac­ti­ve com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on with parents
  • Co-respon­si­bi­li­ty for com­pli­ance with the con­cepts (hygiene‑, safe­tys- and emer­gen­cy com­pli-ance etc.)
  • Sup­port of the who­le group as well as indi­vi­du­al children
  • Joint respon­si­bi­li­ty for the care, con­di­ti­on and com­ple­ten­ess of the play mate­ri­als as well as for the care and order of the premises
  • Admi­ni­stra­ti­ve tasks

Your pro­fi­le:

  • . Swiss reco­g­nis­ed Cer­ti­fi­ca­te / Diplo­ma of abili­ty as a spe­cia­list in care/education (e.g. FaBeK or young child­ren’s edu­ca­ti­on) or equi­va­lent training
  • Struc­tu­red, ser­vice-ori­en­ted and inde­pen­dent way of working, high self-motivation
  • Open and respon­si­ble personality
  • Team play­er with good com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
  • Open­ness to dif­fe­rent cultures
  • At least good know­ledge of Eng­lish (mother ton­gue or lived in an Eng­lish-spea­king coun­try for a lon­ger peri­od of time)
