children's world: Unsere Pädagogik

Pedagogical concept

We believe that every child develops at their own pace. And we want to support them in this by taking a holistic approach to nurturing them, and by providing a lovingly designed environment and care by qualified and empathetic specialist staff.

Personalised support

At Children’s World, we don’t just look after your child, we give them personalised support. We create a variety of play and learning opportunities. We provide a secure environment in which children can gain a wealth of experiences in defined areas of development. This also allows them to develop social, physical and personal skills. Each child plays, makes discoveries and develops at their own pace. We guide and support each child as they develop their independence.

Structured daily routines

The daily routines in our childcare centres give children multiple opportunities throughout the day to enjoy free play and other activities, led by our specialist child education staff. We always consider the varying needs and stages of development of the children. Both German and English are used equally every day. Our employees engage with each child at their individual level of speech and encourage communication.

Educational approach

Our nurseries and kindergartens use the Montessori method or the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) model together with the Swiss Kindergarten curriculum. Elements of these models are integrated into the day-to-day running of the nursery or kindergarten Each establishment develops its own unique approach. Some complement this with an individual approach to pedagogical work. The methods we use in our establishments have been developed in consultation with external experts and have been tried and tested in everyday life. Experience has shown that our approach is perfect for preparing children to move on to kindergarten or school.

What parents say about us:

At the Children’s World kindergarten, our child learns everything on the curriculum for the canton of Aargau and is looked after in a very professional, multilingual environment all day, playing, learning, exploring and eating – all in one place.

I have twins, 4 years old and Children’s world is like a vibrant, clean, fun space for my kids. It’s home-like and there is an age-appropriate environment for each stage.

We would like to thank you very much for the care of our son! The acclimatization period was not easy for us and our son, but from the very beginning we felt a great trust in the professionalism, the empathy and the great child orientation of the Magnolia Group. It is thanks to both that we feel very comfortable as parents, but also our son as a direct ‘customer’! Many thanks of course also to the whole team of Children’s World Zug, who noticeably and visibly brings the right spirit to the place!
